Refund Policy

A headshot pack is a one-time $4.99 purchase. We want you to be happy with it. This policy explains how refunds work, which depends on where you bought.
If you bought on the web (Stripe)
- Full refund on request. If you are not satisfied with your pack, email us at support@linkedinaiheadshot.com and we will refund your $4.99 in full. You do not need to give a reason.
- Free re-generation first (optional). If your portraits didn't come out the way you hoped, we're happy to re-run the pack at no additional cost before you decide on a refund — just ask.
- How long it takes. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If you bought on iOS (Apple)
Apple processes all in-app purchases, and only Apple can issue refunds for them. Request a refund directly from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We will gladly re-generate your pack at no cost if you contact us, but we are not able to refund an App Store purchase ourselves.
Important notes
- You keep what you generated. A refund does not require you to delete images you've already downloaded, though we ask that you stop using them commercially.
- EU/UK customers. Digital content is delivered to you immediately. By purchasing, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once generation begins. This does not affect the voluntary full-refund-on-request policy above for web purchases.
- Abuse. We may decline repeated refund requests that appear to abuse this policy.
