Your photos. Your control. Before we generate your headshots, we need your permission to process your face data. Please read this and confirm your consent.

What we'll do with your photo

To generate a headshot, our AI model analyzes facial features in the selfie you upload — including the geometry of your face. This is considered "biometric information" under privacy laws in Illinois, Texas, Washington, and elsewhere.

• Retention. Your selfie is automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of generation. We never train on your photos.
• No sharing. We do not sell, share, or disclose your photos or face data to any third party for marketing.
• Processing partner. Photos are sent to Fal.ai, our AI processing partner, solely to run the generation. They do not retain your photos after the job completes.
• Your rights. You can request deletion of any data we hold at any time by emailing support@linkedinaiheadshot.com.

By continuing, you provide written consent to Digital Apps LLC for the collection, storage, and use of your biometric information for the sole purpose of generating the headshot pack you requested, and for the limited retention period described above. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
